The service
StatementNest converts supported text-based PDF bank statements into editable rows that you can review against the source page and export to Excel or CSV. Your PDFs are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us.
Accuracy and your responsibility
Conversion is automatic and can be wrong, incomplete or unsupported for a given statement layout. Scanned (image-only) and protected PDFs are not supported. You must check every converted row against the source PDF before you rely on it for accounting, tax, lending or any other decision. The service is provided as is and does not replace your records or professional advice.
Plans, billing and tax
Paid plans (Starter, Professional and Business) are subscriptions billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes a page allowance for its billing period; unused pages do not carry over. Prices shown at checkout exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Refunds are described in the Refund and withdrawal policy.
Acceptable use
Use the service only with documents you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to bypass page limits, abuse or overload the service, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will publish the new date here; material changes to a paid plan apply from your next renewal. Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence and you may bring disputes to your local courts or to the Swedish Consumer Agency's approved dispute body (ARN).
