Which statements work?
Bank and card statements with a transaction table: a date, a description, and an Amount column or separate Debit and Credit (Money out / Money in) columns. A running Balance is optional and is checked row by row. Extra columns such as Ref or Value date are ignored, and Deposits / Withdrawals sections are signed for you. Scanned pages are read on your device with OCR, rotated pages are turned upright, and password-protected PDFs open when you enter the password. Always check the source before relying on exported rows.
How your files are handled
PDFs are not uploaded. Closing the tab clears tab memory. Save work downloads a private file containing your PDFs and edits; keep it safe. Stripe handles payment details separately. This preview uses test payments only.

Are my bank statements uploaded?
No. StatementNest reads your PDF in your browser. The file is not uploaded to our servers.
Which bank statement PDFs work?
Text-based PDFs downloaded from online banking with a transaction table of date, description and either a signed amount or debit and credit columns. Scanned statements are read with OCR on your device.
Can I export to Excel and CSV?
Yes. Every converted row can be checked against its source page and exported to Excel or CSV.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $29 per month for 400 pages, plus applicable tax. Your first PDF is free (up to 40 pages), or 5 PDFs when you sign in with Google, and you can cancel a plan any time.
